Skipping rope is the best travel workout because I can easily stash it in my bag and burn off some major calories while traveling. It gives me confidence and zero guilt that I can eat two plates of paellas, a few scoops of gelatos, and a couple of buckets of fried chicken from Jollibee and know that I can all burn them off anywhere I am in the world.

For example:

1. At a volcanic crater

It actually took an hour and half of brutal hiking to get this crater. But just adding some rope action to burn off the two buckets of fried Chicken from Jollibee and halo-halo.

3. In between island hopping

Hopping while island hopping? I have to.

5. Above a sea of clouds

These sea of clouds looks like cotton candy that I’m gonna stuff my face and burn later.

6. In between one of the most colorful streets in the world

My plate for every meal in Colombia are as colorful as these houses. Breakfast alone typically involves omelets with rice, arepa, beans, hot chocolate, and soup (yes, I’m still talking about breakfast).

8. In the middle of traffic

Might as well burn off a few macarons and pain au chocolat while crossing the street.

12. Anywhere in Hawaii

I didn’t come all the way to Hawaii to have salad. Give me all the loco-moco’s and musubi, now!

13. In front of fancy Parliaments

Need to burn off some royal calories with all the  fish and chips and Indian food.

14. Colorful, photogenic streets

You can quickly burn off a cup of coconut rice in a 10-minute rope session. So might as well get that giant bowl full of Colombian coconut rice, por favor.

15. In historic UNESCO streets

Skipping off all the lechons and longanissa

16. Literally anywhere in the world

You can be stuck in a deserted island and still find away to stay fit with any plain old rope!
